I recently had RJW Exteriors replace my roof. This is an amazing company that took great care with doing the job right from beginning to end. At the start of the project they explained exactly how and what they were going to do in detail, even at the end where the cleanup would be done. Jim, my project manager was great. We are very happy with our new windows. RJW’s project manager showed up each day asking if I had any questions or concerns and were happy to address them. RJW was very neat cleaning up inside and out. Would definitely recommend them!
I called to get a roofing estimate for my new house and spoke to Jennifer. She was very friendly and helpful, until it got to scheduling my estimate. She refused to schedule me since my fiancé couldn’t be present. She danced around claiming they had ‘many available hours’ to help find a time for him to be at the table, since I alone was not acceptable.
