I had high hopes based on the reviews. When I called they were very clear that a full detail meant getting the car to look as new as possible - they’d get all the nooks and crannies, which is what I wanted. It was there a full day. They never called to tell me it was done so I waited until the next day to go back. When I picked it up, I immediately found several things that hadn’t been done.
