As a former business owner I know how frustrating people and problems can be. In dealing with RJS for over 10 years, they continue to amaze me with their professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and fair pricing. I wouldn't even consider contacting another source for repair or maintenance of my hot tub. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thanks again for all the fair and great service over the years.

RJS came to my rescue from the incorrect setup of our tub from the original company - kind, thorough, educational service! I could not ask for better! Did not like having to get my new tub serviced but on the same hand, happy it put me in touch with this great group of people. Thank you RJS!
They are very efficient and professional....explained everything before they came out...work was done quickly and they showed us everything that was a problem and how they fixed it..very polite always use them!!!!

We have been utilizing RJS Technical Service for our hot tub service and repairs for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service, repairs and customer interaction. Excellent knowledge of spas and honest assessment of repairs or service needed. Charges are always very fair!

Called them to come check out our hot tub that was left with the home we purchased, because when we filled it with water it was leaking. When we initially had them come we said we just want an estimate because we want to know if it is worth keeping or getting rid of based on the leak. He said ok it will be $95 for us to come look at it and if we can fix it when we are there it will be $125 plus whatever for parts. Prior to scheduling today's service call I explained to this customer that there would be no charge to return and recheck the hot tub for suspected leaking , however there would be an additional charge to perform the actual repair if different from the original leak that we repaired a week ago . We had the part on the truck to repair the leak , and did so . Since this leak was completely different from the leak repaired last week , in fact not even on the same side of the hot tub , we charged for the actual repair and part .... read more
