Really happy with my experience here! The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, and they got the job done way faster than I expected. Great service all around — I’ll definitely be coming back if I need more work done.
Absolutely amazing service! From the time I walked in to the time I left. All the employees were super friendly, and looked happy to be working there, and it showed. They were more than fair and didn’t try to soak me for money. Fast and efficient. I don’t care where I move, this is where I want to bring my car from now on! I only wish I had found them sooner. This could be not the first time to write a review for RJ's Muffler, but they really deserve 5* review and more if applicable. The stuff starting from the receptionist to every mechanic are very honest and they never charge you for extra at all. First time, i dropped my car for adding air pressure and after checking the tires, they realized that the valve is not good in one of the tires and asked me to change , however they only asked for the price of the valve which is with sensor and never for their service. l don't understand how poorly I was treated. I Used to Praise this shop for the last 25 years. Jon installed my first cars muffler when I was 16. Lately I have no idea what has happened. The complete full lack of care is astronomical. I wish you the best of luck if you try to get your car serviced here. I tried for 3 months with a regular lie every week. I wish I could understand what I did wrong.
