Honest review... brisket was good, but that's all. Macaroni was grainy, and they used pre shredded cheese, I'm assuming that's why. Potato salad was bland. I also didn't like that they threw the bbq sauce on the brisket, maybe little cups of bbq sauce would be better.
I ordered the 2 meat, 2 side meal and honestly I was very disappointed. Everything tasted bland, the brisket tasted stale, and the ribs were overcooked. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my stomach still hasn’t felt right since eating there yesterday, and the food left a bad aftertaste for hours. I honestly don’t even know how mac and cheese and baked beans get messed up. RJ's BBQ Truck in Spring has amazing BBQ, with handcrafted sauces. I love their Cowboy Fries, you gotta try them! No wonder this truck has a loyal following! The service is down-home friendly, and they cater too!
