We reached out to RJ’s to cut our lawn while my husband was away on military leave. They came the same day which was amazing and the communication seemed great. I was so excited to have someone do our lawn. They cut our front lawn but not our back with no explanation. I messaged the owner Sharon with either no response or a promise to call. I never heard back from her or anyone from the company. They maintain multiple properties in my neighborhood. Needless to say I’m super disappointed.
