I am currently completing therapy for hip bursitis. This has been the best PT experience i have ever had. I drive over an hour two days a week. It is worth the trip. The therapy is tailored to your needs. They give you thorough instructions on what you can do at home. The facility is stocked with the latest equipment. I would highly recommend RJN. They are also professional and personable.
I had a horrible experience today with this practice, and informed the woman on the phone that I would be writing a review online, which she didn't care. I was referred to Physical Therapy by my Neurosurgeon, who thought Physical Therapy might help. This place wasn't too far from home, so I thought I would give them a try. Big mistake! I attended this clinic for post-operative physical therapy following rotator cuff surgery. On my very first visit, there was a large dog freely roaming the facility, off the lead, among patients recovering from surgery and around gym equipment such as treadmills and weights. For a clinical environment, this felt completely inappropriate and unsafe. Many patients attending physiotherapy are vulnerable, in pain, and have limited mobility. Lynn is absolutely fantastic! She truly deserves 5 stars!! She is very attentive and concerning. The one star is because of reception (I believe her name is Judy).She clearly doesn’t understand that receptionists are typically the first point of contact and they set the tone for patients/visitors’ experience. Practicing better professionalism and/or customer service skills for all persons alike would be greatly appreciated! It also reflects on the professionalism of the company.
