Fabian was great at guiding my mom thru out the whole test.
Fabian is very clear giving instructions. Very professional and very knowledgeable on his job.
I really didn't like this place because there is no way to get ahold of them. They say to leave a message and they'll call you back and they never do. Staff is very unprofessional. If you complain to the staff that you are having a hard time because they didn't call you they give you a hard time and they try to prove that they were right and you're wrong.
