Fabian...was very polite and friendly..gave verbal and facial instructions very well ..which made me feel comfortable doing tests right.
Fabian, Aashna, Youbeth is the best of best.. testing procedures made fun and easy.. so very comfortable with the team.. very professional and Friendly. Fabian explained everything. So I could understand easily

I really didn't like this place because there is no way to get ahold of them. They say to leave a message and they'll call you back and they never do. Staff is very unprofessional. If you complain to the staff that you are having a hard time because they didn't call you they give you a hard time and they try to prove that they were right and you're wrong. I really hate artificial intelligence and that's what the world is coming to. Customer service in general sucks. Staff you need to do better. Communication is the key. If y... read more
