I have used RJM to build 2 homes for my wife and I over 20 years and have had a great experience each time . I would recommend them for anyone that doesnt want a cookie cutter home and wants an extra work shop or work area for their use. I got to choose all my colors and tiles and extra outlets that would never happen with subdivisions. THANKS RJM for years of enjoyment
My father used RJM 10 years ago. Impeccable. Everything stood up to the test of time, still looks brand new. No issues at all. The staff was attentive and always there to answer questions. I am unsure where to begin with how badly i recommend people look elsewhere. The only thing i could say has been right with the build is the floor plan being followed. However i have no clue who they subcontract to for things like electrical, a/c, or doing things as simple as cabinets but its a horror show. Cabinets coming loose frequently, A/C repair out 6-7 times a year, pool issues (tho likely nothing to do with them), and 1/4 the house trips breaker multiple times a week. Natalie and Sharon were informative, extremely helpful, and readily available. We did our build, the house is fabulous, and more specifics can be read on my review of RJM Headquarters in West Palm Beach. The whole experience was tremendous. I wouldn’t use anyone else if I was to build another home, but since I’m just now into this one, I won’t have to consider that. Haha
