After 40 years of renting the most HORRIBLE experience ever ! -Lost rent checks multiple times. -6 months of interior maintenance issues no repair nor response. -Fails to maintain exterior of properties i.e. moss & mold all over siding eaves gutters. -Poor snow removal. -Evict tenants if major maintenance needs attention i.e. carpeting paint etc. -I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS LANDLORD/PROPERTY OWNER
