Our clinic has been using and recommending the RJL devices for over two decades. And yes, we check out other devices every year, but the RJL is still the best. It's rock solid. Others have said they don't like the price increases, etc, but I would say that prices are going up everywhere, and that RJL purchases are a "buy one and done" experience.
