Hired them for front yard. They charged me $12000 for an awful design and planted a hodge podge of plants that are now dying because they said I did not need irrigation. What a waste of money. Now I have to pay someone else to straighten out the mess they made. Do not hire
My grandparents have a pond and we were having problems. I called RJK and I was told: pond filters will filter out debris, but not chemical changes in the water. If the ammonia levels build up from mulching or feeding plants around the pond or (as in our case) overfeeding the fish, a filter will not change the chemical makeup of the water. Do not hire this company for outdoor pond work. They expanded my pond and left me with no filter, they told me I did not need one. All 10 of my very expensive fish died.
Expanded my Pond, with this company when the job was complete, they said I did not need a filter (which I always had a filter and UV light for 27 years on my pond) ...well this caused the water to become filth and high in ammonia and nitrites ...fish were looking poorly, behaving like I had never seen before..I had to scramble to install a filter, stress, panic,and big bucks .. managed to stabilize everything but in the end all was lost.
