We hired RJI for a re-roof project. Every person we worked was very professional, thorough, responsive, friendly and polite. Communication and follow-through were top notch. The attention to detail and thoroughness, as well as everyone's efforts on our behalf, were above and beyond any expectations. RJI Professionals obviously hires exceptional people to work for them, and we are thankful that we chose RJI as our contractor for this project.

Although they had my roof replaced with great quality, it took longer than it should and left my home without gutters for over a week. I also had to do a thorough sweep of my property for roofing nails, as they did a poor job of cleaning them up. Don’t fall for the $500 off for letting them place their sign in front of your home, they still stick it to you in the end. What really put a hitch in my giddy up was the “final bill”, $1,900! After extensive hail damage, we were helped through the process of the repair of our home by Rick Roenicke, representative of RJI. RJI handled everything in a timely manor, answered all our questions,,and were a pleasure to work with, Nick was always available by phone. Rick handled the contacts with our insurance company. RJI crews replaced the roof and gutters in a short period of time, clean up was very good. The painting crew for the house exterior did an excellent job. The house looks brand new. This company will incessantly knock on your doors and try to pressure you into doing work with them. I have repeatedly and respectfully asked them to stop coming to my door but they aren’t respectful of what you would like. Typically, I don’t care. But, I just had a conversation with my neighbor who I had assumed was doing work with this company. To our surprise, neither one of us was doing work with this company but one of their signs appeared right on the divider between our lawns. I find this truly unacceptable.
