I have got great experience to service my truck here. It's nice when dealing with professional and friendly people. Service department and technicians always staying in touch. It's great when mechanic can call directly to customer to talk, it's helping to find the problem much quicker. Another thing is extended warranty. I couldn’t believe how well this service facility took care of me! From the welcome smile of Aarzoo to Bev making sure I was back on the road. The foreman explained everything they needed to do, what could wait for a bit. They even bought me lunch. I have never been to a dealership where I felt valued and a priority. I will be back even if it’s just to say hi!
Bad service.
No support for customer. Worst management of RJames Calgary. Workshop takes more than 2-4 weeks to fix small issues. Every time you get reply- We have long back log. I recommend not to buy and take services from Rjames Calgary.
