They completely lack customer service skills, we asked for an estimate due to them being listed as a vendor for a specific brand and they told us to check elsewhere. When I pointed out that they are listed as a vendor, I got a condescending email from John saying "I guess some hand holding is needed". They made it very clear that they are not happy to do their job and did not want our business. Absolutely do not recommend.
