The staff at RJ2 are amazing! I work for a company based out of Rolling Meadows, Illinois. RJ2 is our go to for all tech support and security needs. Once you submit a ticket someone normally responds within a few minutes. This morning I had some issues with a program and Cayden assisted me with my issue. He was able to get my issue resolved within a half hour.
