The staff at RJ2 are amazing! I work for a company based out of Rolling Meadows, Illinois. RJ2 is our "go to" for all tech support and security needs. Once you submit a ticket someone normally responds in less than 24 hours. This morning I had some issues with a program and Cayden assisted me with my issue. He was able to get my issue resolved in less than a half hour.
RJ2 is always so very helpful and they resolve issues in a timely manner.
