Found individual on google stated company serves Harrisburg and surrounding areas. When I contacted them they stated they do not have the proper license to serve the Harrisburg area. Automatically it seems he passed judgement when I shared where I was located and was hesitant about the reason why he could not serve me
Tried for 3 months to just get acknowledgment of my efforts to get a bid on a job. Still no response. I give up.
