Such a great company! We rented a U-Haul and the driver was unable to open the hatch door. Roadside assistance came to assist, but were not able to open it. He suggested speaking to RJ who is the contractor with u-haul. They drove down from out of town on the weekend to come and assist. They came right away and were able to open it for us! The family was so amazing and were able to reassure me that they'd be able to open the hatch. They even assisted with emptying some of the contents of the truck! My family was so happy with this service! Our U-Haul was stuck on a Sunday morning and they came all the way from Cornwall to Montreal to help us! Really saved us. Jey came on a Sunday AND knew what he was doing, highly recommend!
