When they show up their techs seem to do a good job. They will skip weeks without notice and I had to reach out to rebook so the pool service was never regular. On more than one occasion my pool went green under their care. The last time I inquired about when we would receive the service that we had been billed for I was informed that our account was being dropped. They seem to know how to service pools but just can’t manage a business. Would not recommend.
Scheduled an appointment. Then he was no call no show. Texted the company and no response (he had read his receipts on).
