Just over a year ago, we had excellent work done on our bathroom walk in shower renovation. Ross and his colleagues were really nice, friendly, professional and seemed reliable. I would have given 5 stars but we were disappointed and surprised when they proved unreliable after we asked for a further quote/job to be done. We were ignored, then given excuses and finally cancelled at the last minute! We didn't deserve this treatment because we were very good customers and paid straight away.
