The man on the phone was very rude. After I asked one simple question immediately hung up the phone, told me that I had to what he said exactly or he would refuse service. I don’t even want to try to go here was very impatient with my questions

The customer service was great! They were patient answering my questions and scheduling. We did a day trip for my daughters Birthday to In N Out and Target. They had a great time!! The driver (Frank) showed up early and was very kind, patient and wanted to make sure the kids had fun.

The driver was timely and responsible, and they were patient as we worked out our arrangements. If you need transportation for a big group, they are a reliable option. If what you want is a fun party atmosphere, you might ask in advance about the rules.
