Hands down the best auto body shop in Hudson County! This family-owned business truly cares about its customers. From start to finish, they were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a dashboard light come on unexpectedly, so I stopped by R&J Park Auto Collision, and Julio was a huge help! He quickly checked it out with his computer, diagnosed the issue, and turned it off for me. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. So I go into today at 7:30 am sharp right when they open to pay my $500 deductible and pick up my car. There was just one guy there and he didn't know how to work the credit card machine. So he calls some other guy who over the phone tells me to give him a 10 minutes to come and do the payment. No problem. About 10 minutes pass and a young guy comes, takes my card and then decides AFTER he's swiped my card to inform me of a 4% credit card fee. Biggest time wasters and worst customer service. I asked for Julio and got hung up on. I wouldn't spend a dime at this place.
