So I go into today at 7:30 am sharp right when they open to pay my $500 deductible and pick up my car. There was just one guy there and he didn't know how to work the credit card machine. So he calls some other guy who over the phone tells me to give him a 10 minutes to come and do the payment. No problem. About 10 minutes pass and a young guy comes, takes my card and then decides AFTER he's swiped my card to inform me of a 4% credit card fee.
