My 2017 X5 had some suspicious sound in the hood. They figured out and changed the oil sender in the same day. The price is also affordable. Now the issue is resolved. I cannot imagine what will happen and cost if I send the car to BMW dealer.
Rocco and John are so helpful and very friendly, and above all, honest. I trust them implicitly and they have provided help and support even when I have tried to do work on our 328i X Drive at home.
Owning a German car comes with fun complications, but when you have a mechanic you can trust it all becomes worthwhile. I have worked with a dozen shops and none provide the top tier service and advice that Rocco, John and their team have to offer. I read the 1 star reviews and found them very hard to believe. Would highly recommend RJ Motors
Terrible customer service. Front desk guy is extremely arrogant for no reason. Absolutely worth it to drive a bit further for another mechanic.
