When I called, I was told the mechanic would be with me within 60-90 minutes guaranteed. Pete messaged me after 20 minutes to confirm he had picked up the tyre I needed, and would be with me within 20 minutes - which he was. He changed my tyre in no more than 10 minutes. A huge thanks to Pete and RJ Mobile Tyres for quickly helping my family get home from Gatwick airport at 5am!
I cannot fault this service. Had a nail in my tyre in 2023...called out and fixed. Again, second nail in tyre 2025 and used WhatsApp to contact them as non urgent but needed a specific day to get the issue sorted and they came back to me almost immediately! Booked in...reasonable call out fees and they will get me back on the road again. The first time I used them, they were very efficient and quick. These people are great and will not rip you off!! Highly recommended!
