RJ KOOL IS one of the most unprofessional company i dealt with in laundry space, there service reps CAUSED more damage then they actually fix, they are always in denial when it confronting them. Save your money and find someone else to the job ( milwuakee area)
RJ Kool has become a great asset to my company. Being able to pick up parts locally is huge. Chris and team makes this possible. I appreciate them very much.
These guys really went the extra mile. It was a very difficult install. But they also stayed after and helped my guys with the programming. As well as setting me up with a vendor to clean our ductwork. I would highly recommend them.
