My first visit to this clinic was wonderful. The tech was great and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. She explained to me what she was able to and was just overall kind. Would definitely recommend this clinic!
My very first experience was wonderful. A year later I had to go back (just recently) the ultrasound tech wouldn’t let my boyfriend back which I thought was ridiculous and at the very beginning before she started she said i could pictures of my baby but when it was over she said she’s not allowed to show me anything. I experienced a miscarriage previously and the tech made me feel worse and gave me no reassurance. The staff at RJ Imaging were so kind and informative. I came in nervous and anxious due to a doctor's visit I had recently and they eased my anxiety. The tech was wonderful and I felt like I was a person and not just another patient to her. The office had a great atmosphere and was clean, I could tell that the staff puts in the time and effort to ensure that their office is clean (as it should be as a medical office).
