4th time using RJ Graham. This time the issues were with my hose spigots, both in front of the house and back. Could have been a big expensive job to replace them, Steve Suarez came out, fixed them instead, saved me hundreds of dollars! Brought an associate with him (have to apologize for not having his name 🤪), who was also great. Assc did a flush on my water heater, and then told me it was no charge, because RJ installed it just a couple years ago. Nobody likes to have to pay for repairs. The do fantastic work small or big. Fair pricing, friendly and done right. Keep to get back to you and schedule appt. We always use them for any plumbing issues.
Steve Suarez first reviewed what the problem was. When I said we had this problem previously he looked up past visits and asked me what happened. Once he cleared the blockage he continued to run water for a while to make sure everything was okay. He also told me about preventative measures.
On time and reasonably priced. Excellent work ethic. Spotless cleanup.
