Service Technician Justin was at my house within 45 minutes. My garage door was fixed and I was able to go out of town with peace of mind. I spoke to Justin on the phone, he told me what happened, what he had done, what to expect next and I was able to pay him. My issue was resolved within 1.5hrs of my call. Great experience.
