The company was professional from the beginning and when technician was running late, they were quick to advise me of the situation and confirm the technician would be coming to me next. And Justin Shearin was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and even programmed the 2nd remote, even though he was only there to fix the garage door. He saved my birthday celebration 😊. 06/27/25 This is my second 5 star review! Today Justin Shearin helped me reprogram my garage door opener after I failed to program my car and messed up the door opener instead. Justin was kind and helpful and went the extra mile to program my car as well! I highly recommend RJ Garage Door Service for all your garage door repair! Thank you!
