Home Warranty hooked me with these guys to fix my garage spring. They quoted $375 copay and they don't provide break down of parts and labor. I called their office and they told me that they are not required to provide the breakdown. It takes about an hour to replace the springs when I DIY'd it. I paid $125 for a pair of new springs. That's it !! They try to cover up costs saying it comes with their warranty. Showed up twice trying to fix my springs, and I wasted my Home Warranty service call fee on these guys. Hopeless 😞
RJ Garage Door Service was great to work with! Justin was prompt, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Excellent service—would definitely use them again!
They don't provide break down of parts and labor. Even if you go to any car dealership or other garage door servicing company in the area, they provide such details.
