Purchased a "pre-owned" Steelcase office chair from RJ and am impressed with how brand new it feels/appears. There's not a scratch on it. Service was amazing, Marina helped us out the whole way through and even had a follow up email with manuals and instruction videos for it. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.
Straightforward shopping experience and professional delivery. Exactly what I was looking for.
Ordered a large bulky office chair that can’t be disassembled online and the rep who was in charge of the order worked multiple days to save me money and time and got me delivery across couple states over for a reasonable price! It arrived quick and perfect and is exactly what I wanted! They had clear communication and genuinely gave amazing service
The team at RJ furniture are top notch! They will help you navigate any situation big or small. They've helped me multiple times and even deliver! Highly recommend for all of your furniture needs from an individual chair to a full office of cubicles.
Always a great experience working with the RJ team and Ken. I moved offices a couple of times since Covid and can count on Ken to help me find new or used products at a great deal. Thanks as always Ken!
