I was at an auto store getting a needed battery for my car but they were unable to install it. I called and spoke to Mr. Fox who said to bring it to him and he would take care of it immediately. He had his technician Chris install it and took care of me as soon as I got there. The waiting area is really nice and comfortable while I waited the few minutes it took to get installed. I would definitely recommend his business! Well done Mr. and Mrs. Fox!
Rob, the owner is an absolute angel. My husband went there with a truck we just bought to pick up a trailer rental and he smelled something burning on the truck. He was busy but took time to check the truck and went out of his way to find parts and fix the problem himself to save my husband from having to get a motel for the night since we live 3 hours away. It’s experiences like this that restore our faith in humanity.
I took my truck to fix the A/C i have paid them more than $3000 , they had my truck for over 2 weeks , i have been there a couple of times cause the A/C still don't work they charged me another $400 to replace the Condenser and still have the same problem I had when I took it the first time , 2017 Ram 2500 Silver
