I've never experienced such unprofessionalism from a local guy that I thought was looking out for my best interest. Bob has worked on my mower in the past, roughly a year and a half ago, he replaced the drive cable and the other service was a recoil assembly. This past month he not only had my mower for 2 1/2 weeks but he was fixing the same parts as the last service, with a belt issue also which I'm sure stemmed from a faulty recoil assembly from the prior fix. Brought my generator in to be repaired before Thanksgiving was told over and over it was next he'd be getting to it finally end of March I took it back he had not even looked at it yet excuse after excuse this guy is unprofessional and incompetent do not bring anything to him if you ever want to see it again
Bob and his store runs a great local Westborough service for repairing and tuning blowers and mowers. After having no problems for 6 years, lately I started to have starting problems with my snowblower. Bob put me on his list, picked it up before the start of the winter and had it dropped off a week later freshly tuned up. Unfortunately not a good experience for me. They had my pressure washer for 1 month before they got to it. After two of hours of work and being charged $200 the machine is still not fixed. Nice guys but they are overworked and have no communication with their customers.
