Ron from RJ was identified as my Qmerit certified electrician troubleshooting expert who very methodically tackled the job of diagnosis and fixing of the very complex gm home energy v2h bi-directional inverter. Even though this was his maiden encounter with the proprietary V2H system from GM, Ron handled the job very professionally and patiently. He is a trained electrical engineer and very knowledgeable. Ron did a great job installing the wall charger. On time, well-organized and reasonable price. Also helped with resolving issues with the village inspection.
Ron explained everything beforehand and offered suggestions on where to locate the wall mounted charger in our garage. The city inspector we had review and approve the work complimented Ron as everything was installed and ran correctly to pass the inspection. Overall, I would check with them on any future electrical updates or changes we may need in the future.
I’ve worked with RJ Electric twice in recent years and liked the process and professionalism in providing needful EV charger installation. The process part is about applying for city permit and getting approval, then installation and finally an inspection from city which usually takes time. RJ Electric installed my Tesla Wall Connector flawlessly. On time, clear on options, neat and fully code-compliant work, permit taken care, and everything left spotless. Pricing was transparent and communication excellent. Best part: they even helped with the reimbursement paperwork with my electrical provider and followed up until it cleared. Ron and his support staff were super nice and thoughtful—stayed until city inspector and answer questions. Truly outstanding service—highly recommended!
