I was first suspicious of air duct cleaning, but the staff's professionalism convinced me otherwise. They explained the entire process, showed me the condition of my ducts prior to cleaning, and then displayed the improvement following. I could see sweat on their brows while they worked. I contacted this company 2 weeks ago to clean out our drier ducked at work. They told me I was scheduled between 10am-12pm that they would show up. With a call 30 minutes before. 12 rolls around, so I call and they said they had me scheduled from 12:30-2:30. 3 o’clock, still nothing. So I call, and they told me they tried to TEXT the land line phone, and they go no responses so they didn’t come. I asked them why they didn’t try the second number they had for my file, and their response was “I don’t know.” So they rescheduled... read more
