I would NOT recommend. Communication is terrible and leaves you hanging. Had signed contract in place but they were unable to come up with adequate insurance for county to secure permit for job. I kept asking for status and response was always ”we’re working on it” and then did not return calls. All I ask is if you can’t do something just me know so I can move on. Another contractor was able to secure permit within 2 days and saved me money! If you want job done in timely manner I would run from this contractor.

Do not recommend working with RJ Concrete. I hired them for a stamped concrete patio project in the Spring of 2023. Concrete was not poured until early October. The stamped color on the concrete was very poorly done, over-washed in some areas, and clumped in others. After discussion with the owner, the finish and seal were power-washed off in early November. We had our driveway, sidewalk and front steps removed and replaced by RJ Concrete. The end result is stunning. The quality of their work is top notch. The crews that came in for the demolition of the old and the installation of the new were very transparent and courteous. They explained all of the work that would be done, and then performed the work exactly as promised. They totally cleaned up after the job leaving our property as if they hadn't been there at all. Working with RJ Concrete was an absolutely positive experience. After a general contractor we worked with completely abandoned our project, we reached out to RJ Concrete. I wish we would have started with them in the first place. They were responsive, informative, very transparent in all of their interactions, and also very affordable.

My driveway and slab to front stairs and around to gangway were cracked and sunk so low. It was difficult for me to get up and down the stairs. The gangway slab was buckled up. My gangway (which I did not replace)They came up with ideas to make the concrete safe for me. They put in a small ramp to make the transition from new to old on the gangway.
