RJ Community Management is worse than useless. No returned emails. No returned phone calls. Rules that change randomly. A month long delay in plumbing repairs that on on the buildings side. Threats of legal action with the cost being billed to me, after receiving random bills for amounts I do not owe (I am set up on autopay!). Just bad. Now I hate living in my home. i do not trust them and am worried about what is coming next.
