Came to them to get my truck painted. Prices were good when comparing to shops in the area, there customer services was top notch and they were very timely with their work which is a super plus when it comes to auto shops. The job came out beautiful. Would 100% recommend and will go again if I have other auto body needs.
Called in to get a quote on installing parts they told me to come in and refused to give an estimate over the phone. This is bad business an estimate is an idea of a price based on previous services. Your business is turning people away because the prices can only be given in person. From my experience thats another way to be scammed and over priced. Horrible!!!! Incompetent, irresponsible, shoddy work!!! Their office manager Lourdes is very nice, but whoever worked on my vehicle did a horrible job. They took trim pieces and just stuck them on with the wrong size trim tape and no clips. How many things wrong am I going to find? They did frame work and put on a new tow hitch I'm afraid it's going to fall off...If people take the easy way and try to hide little things what makes you think they won't with big things. This is a very good body shop professional and efficient. You will know exactly what you’re paying for after the inspection. I have two cars and I had work done on both of them both engine work and body work. I would highly recommend these people.
Sir: Thanks for responding to my one 1 star rating. Honestly, your $3000l quote based on several tablet's photos is not very professional. Secondly, none of the extremely small scratches and painting imperperfections deserve new panels. And thirdly you can buy high quality USA manufactured body panels cheaper than from AUdi Orlando. And you just missed as I explained to your office clerk, painting a 2015 Prius which do need three body panels and a 2012 Honda CRV. Our company budget for this two jobs is $20,000.
