Not honest, cowboyish behaviour, rude, unreliable, and incompetent. To perfectly honest these guys are rubbish. I’ve black listed them, attitude goes a long way and they are the worst. I keep a list of good heating engineers on hand, thought I’d give them a try but soon as he opened him mouth was al downhill from there. Very lazy attitude

So pleased with the everything Paul did from replying to my phone call immediately to coming and sorting out the boiler problems the next day. He had all the parts he needed in his vehicle and completed the job quickly, efficiently with no fuss. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
