Tried RJ BBQ pork plate from a food truck today. It was for employee appreciation at work. I had invited my husband so we used a voucher at one truck and paid for the pork plate here: $17. Too much for 1/2 cup beans, 1/2 cup coleslaw. I was excited to at least get burnt ends, but it ended up being a big chunk of skin and lots of fat. The actual pieces of pork were really good, just would have liked more of it for that price. Didn’t love that the guy mentioned a tip when I went to pay either.
This place was great! We had the plate and nachos. Very filling and generous portions. Worth the money and time.
Had them cater my wedding earlier this month, food was amazing and got many compliments! 10/10 recommend them!
