Firstly, this shop is busy busy busy!! Joey and his team went above and beyond to ensure my car service was prefect, brakes, oil, power steering etc all done in prefect timing- excellent pricing, especially as a female (I was terrified to bring my car in). They did my pink slip and my log book. I couldn’t recommend enough, and I couldn’t be happier.
I recently visited R&J for a car service, and unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. An Indian technician worked on my vehicle, but he failed to properly tighten the oil drain bolt. As a result, oil started leaking from the engine. I was extremely lucky to catch the issue in time—had I driven any further, my engine could have been completely damaged due to low oil levels.
