The team is pleasant and it’s convenient to drive in, but unfortunately the routine service was disappointing. A week later, the battery went flat and created problems, and the left tail light was also not working — something that, once again, wasn’t checked or advised.
Two strange warning lights suddenly came on in my car, so I made a booking and went in the next day. They quickly checked everything and confirmed there was no major issue, and I liked that they also told me what to do if the same problem happens again
I was told I needed nearly $1000 worth of repairs to pass an RWC at this shop. I decided to get a second opinion at another certified inspector, and my car passed immediately for only $96 with no issues at all. This experience was extremely disappointing and suspicious. I strongly advise anyone to get a second opinion before trusting any quotes from this place.
Thank you Ali and team at RJ Auto Care. My 1st time here and very happy with job done on my jeep. The young mechanic that greeted me assured me that they could fix the issue that I'd been having, able to give me a quote, as it was I didn't need a certain part and charged me accordingly. Also done a service on transmission. So happy since having my car back feels like a new car again its great. Will definitely go back. Awesome team, they care.
