0 communication. I had to fix so many things in my apartment when I moved in and when I wanted to move they made it almost impossible because they ignored me for a month
Previous tenant from 2016 to 2017; did not receive security deposit back after meeting all checklist requirements. First week of moving in consisted of a broken sink dispenser, fridge, and hardware. The washer broke 3 months later and the repair technician refused to come after the property manager refused to pay him. Had to call the manager to pay the technician before the washer was repaired. Overall, these people are shady and impulsive liars, rent elsewhere.
