RJA Labs has been amazing. They are always willing to work with us when we need samples rushed. They even came in on a Saturday to help us with a high priority sample allowing our customer to get his product 5 days earlier than they would have. The knowledge they have is great and they are willing to work through problem samples until they find method options that work. The staff is professional and they work hard for there customers.
I've been using RJ for over a year now for investigative samples for the Water District. They are very close to give more time to do my inspections on other projects. They've always answered my calls and have taken samples in on Fridays which has been awesome. I look forward to continue using them!!
