G.O. I've taken my car to Rizzoli's a couple of times, once for repair, others for oil change. Each time I was treated professionally and courteously. The appointment times were honored, the car was ready when promised, and the repairs were apparently done properly -- no return visit/s needed. Oh, and they washed and vacuumed the car, too. Prices were competitive, the facility clean. I will certainly return -- and highly recommend them.
nice people I was really impressed with the service i got from this garage. the prices were good and when i left i really felt i got a good deal. The staff was very friendly and they were able to fix my car and I am now back on the road. Just took my car in for an annual check up and they provided great service.Honesty from sales people and auto mechanics may be hard to find, but you can find it at Rizzoli's automotive.
Everyone who knows me knows how much I appreciate and recommend Rizzoli’s Automotive in San Luis Obispo. Steve, Karen, Kyle, and all the employees there are completely customer focused, friendly and honest. Of course I appreciate how clean and well decorated the customer area is, as well as how meticulous the vehicle service area is.

My 2014 Audi Q7 has been giving me problems with warning lights. After 3 trips to the dealer and the same problem AGAIN I was traveling to Pismo Beach for Presidents Day weekend. Wouldn’t your know on the way down lights on again! I went in to Rizzoli’s and in just a matter of an hour they resolved my problem. No more light, at a fair price and got me on the road fast so I could enjoy my weekend. Thanks Kyle and crew.
Went in thursday morning to get my Mini Cooper serviced and they told me that it was too soon. It was scheduled for Sept or 45K miles. I felt that since it was Sept, I would go ahead and schedule the appt. I really appreciate the honesty given to me. They could have easily done the service and took my money, but they didn't. They said come back when I'm closer to the 45K miles. Thank you Rizzoli's for taking care of your customers!
