My review is too long to post here. However, they are incredibly disorganized, gave me the wrong referral so I had to wait well over a month for a correct referral. Mind you he only gave me a month of pain pills to hold me over to see the hip specialist and wouldn’t refill them without me coming back in so they could charge my insurance again. They have 2 different XRays and a MRI showing I am in pain. Was coming in to pick up a handicap placard and called before coming. SPOKE to someone on the phone who confirmed they would... read more
Horrible spine specialist! I saw him for 3 months to chat with him. I did everything that he asked for and he still wasn’t able to help me. He continued to tell me that he needs an MRI before he can help me (prescribe me medication). I get him the MRI for him to tell me I have a valid reason for being in pain because I have a small slipped disk that could be leaning on my nerves of my right leg causing it to go numb. He has told me to go the ER for medication and help and even after seeing and confirming my pain I’m still la... read more

Dr Ersno Eromo is AMAZING and he has EQUALLY AMAZING HEALING HANDS!! He has a very pleasant bedside manor, he’s professional, and makes sure you are very, very, VERY, very, very well taken care of. In the hospital, office, or telehealth visits. He even fixed what another doctor couldn’t on me. i will be FOREVER greatful for this!! I tend to talk a lot, and he is very patient with me The Staff are also ALL incredible, and answer all of your questions! I know i don’t understand everything right the first time all the time, but... read more
I requested that my primary care refer me to Dr. Eromo specifically. Between August and November 2023, I had three appointments and saw him personally two of three times. He referred me for MRIs on my brain and on each segment of my spine (after advocating for myself). He's very social and personable. That being said, his friendliness does not take away from his inability to explain what a T2 hyperintensity found on my spinal cord meant nor his lack of interest to investigate it further to rule out lesions and tears. His phy... read more
To start with, Dr. Attenello should take a remedial course in Bedside Manners. He expressed the emotion and compassion of a robot. More importantly, he didn't care about the onset of my re-injury. He merely assessed based on notes he cursorily read while sitting in front of me. He's a new doctor and has much to learn.I tried informing Dr. Eromo of my experience but no one returned my call. They don't care so would you feel comfortable being treated by people who aren't concerned about your pain or well-being?
Mary Rizzo proceeded to make assumptions about me without asking any leading questions. She told me I “worked out too much, and didn’t eat enough,” although I was in getting tested for a UTI and this comment was completely inappropriate. She didn’t even ask me how much I workout or how much I eat, she simply made hurtful assumptions. She also spoke to me the entire time standing up and in a lecturing manner, rather than kindly educating me and guiding me. It was the worst experience I’ve had with a higher medical professiona... read more
