Great Service! They explained in detail what was wrong with our AC, showed us the bad parts, the parts they were installing and even how to maintain the unit to make it run more efficiently. They were very professional and courteous! We definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

i love that in the middle of summer when its 102 degrees they tell me that i have to wait in my un air conditioned house with my two daughters from 1-4. I asked that hey please be timely due to the unbearable heat. Of course no one called, no one showed up. 440 rolls around and i get a call that the repair man is at my house, i told him that i wasnt there, he was supposed to be there between 1-4 he said well im here now so do you want it fixed or what. On a hot day - just before a holiday, he came right away and got our old unit to fixe. Not only installed, but checks every function and left with no trace of mess.
Simply Awesome! My heater broke right at the brink of winter, and Rizzo heating and air conditioning came quick and did an excellent job. I have never experienced this level of quality and service by a company I found from an online search engine. Mike Rizzo definitely knows his stuff and takes care of his customers. I recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done.
