Spoke to woman on the phone regarding estimate. Provided detailed information and was informed that someone would be contacting me with a quote shortly. Well that never happened…….highly unprofessional and failing to follow through with a simple phone call is unacceptable.
I had three fence issues that no other fence company would even bid on. Bill had no problem taking them on and they all turned out beautiful. The quality is amazing and Gino does beautiful woodwork. Their pricing was very reasonable and Nancy communicated with me as to when they would start, etc. Both Bill and Gino were on the job each day - even in light rain and they are so personable, giving me updates as I asked for them. I spoke to the owner Bill at the beginning of April and he told me he'd be able to give an estimate within 2 weeks for work that could be completed at earliest July. I agreed and called 2 weeks later to find that he had forgotten about me completely and my information was not even put into their system. I then began working with his wife Nancy and was told he was busy and would not be able to get to my bid for another 2 weeks. Bill was very professional and very kind. Bill and his crew are very hard workers and take great pride in their work. If you want a properly installed fence with great quality you should hire Bill Rizzo. They went above and beyond installing our new fence.
