This is a scam. They offer a discount subscription to a website to cover "services" under the pretext that one is paying for an electrician to come out and do a "diagnostic." This Rizzo cat is just a call center. The electrician shows up 2 hrs late at night and did a terrible job. He arc-flashed himself not turning off the right breaker. I literally told him which breaker it was he needed to turn off. I asked questions I knew the answer to and he gave terrible responses & recommendations. Rizzo Electric provided me with multiple competitive quotes for a range of projects, and their service for installing a new electrical line was exceptional.
