Dr Rizzo retired with no warning To his parents. I didn’t Receive a notification. Now I am trying to obtain my son’s medical records and he has one person in the office who is completely overwhelmed. Not a good way to leave a career and parents behind.

I do not recommend this place, there are better places to go. For starters all front desk staff is rude and hate their job, they’re not friendly at all and love to raise their voices at everyone and give attitude, in the whole 2 hours of waiting to see Dr.Rizzo his staff had problems with every single person who walked through that door. He needs new staff asap if he wants to get better reviews. Staff is always falling behind on Answering the phones or aren’t familiar with certain information I ask take to long to get back on the phones with an Answer Or don’t know if Dr Brizzo will be in Just so on professional will never go back
