They're the worst. I'm about to switch doctors. They don't answer the phone at all. They don't even return my phone calls, and they've been like this for years. That's why they only got 1 star from me. They suck. The man at the front desk ignores everybody's phone calls, but when you have an appointment coming up, that's when they want to call you, and then rush you off the phone. He's full of it. They just want to prescribe you a million pills to take all the time. They just want your insurance money.
He is a phenomenal doctor! Very kind, compassionate and caring! My quality of life has truly improved under his care! Muz at the front desk is compassionate as well. Thank you to doctor Risvi and his staff!
Okay we rectified the situation we're back on okay terms
There are too many people working in this office who are responsible for scheduling patients. Appointments are made and then changed without alerting the patient. Not sure it’s worth working with this office, it’s too frustrating and disorganized.
