I have been going to Dr Rizvi, at his Apex office, for around 10 years, I believe. I started going for thyroid issues (hypo) and he found that I had a SEVERE lack of vitamin D. I was feeling awful and finding and treating these issues has been tremendous. He also treats my cholesterol and has also helped me quit smoking after 40 + years! Very good with thyroid concerns, thinks out-of-the-box; however, is not trauma informed and shows no interest in learning

Absolutely horrible, borderline criminal clinic. Cash over patient mentality by doctor and staff. Doctor wanted routine visits and labs for 6 months before he would look at changing medicine. Need a recent routine prescription refilled? Not without a visit first. Not to mention the multiple times services were miscoded for insurance filing and when we went to correct them, the staff asked for cash payments they would "pass on" to the insurance company. Avoid at all costs.

Bad experience. He gets to personal, and off topic. Didn't wear gloves. Very unprofessional. Won't be back, first and last visit there.
